Our bridge coating systems include but are not limited to calcium sulfonate, moisture cured urethanes, rapid deployment polyaspartics and of course our fluorinated urethane to-coat technology.

In this application, our Oxi-Bloc calcium sulfonate is being field applied to a small bridge in Kentucky.
This bridge over the cumberland has a three coat system using our moisture cured primers 41AL400 and 41AL400 and our top-coat 41PC600 acrylic urethane.

We can provide any custom system to meet your bridge specifications.
Even in worst conditions where lead abatement is an issue, we can provide an engineered solution to your problem.

Our 41CR200 moisture cured penetrating sealer is designed to encapsulate old lead systems prior to applying a topcoat system.
This girder section is an example of our 41AL400, 41AL401 and 41PC600 3 coat system.

This bridge was painted in August, 2000.
Our bridge coat systems offer many advantages over conventional epoxy systems typically used to refinish bridge structures.
Enhanced service life
Easy to field apply and contractor friendly
FPU top coat is solution for difficult colours susceptible to fading
Environmentally friendlier (Lower VOC's)
Economical over service life of structure
Our latest development is our rapid deployment polyaspartic system. This plural component, 100% solids systen can be spray applied to the desired film thickness in a single application. It dries quickly and allows the contractor to refinish a bridge structure in two coats and elimintaing a step. For blasted metal, the PolyFlo ASP may be applied directly over our zinc rich moisture cured urethane.
Through our fluorine technology, we have developed a method to product fluorinated polyaspartic technology. This "one of a kind" technology will not only allow rapid deployment but will enhance the physical properties tremendously. Improved UV resistance, reduced permeability, increased resistance to weathering and road salts are but a few enhancements through fluorine technology.
